- We understand that cats require a unique, stress-free environment. Our grooming space for cats is entirely separate from the dog grooming area, creating a quiet, comfortable setting that’s tailored just for them.

- De-Shedding Treatments: Reduces excess fur and helps keep your cat’s coat healthy.
- Lion Cuts: For a stylish, low-maintenance option that’s perfect for warmer months or cats prone to matting.
- Comb Cuts: A neat trim that maintains the natural shape of your cat’s coat while keeping it manageable and tidy.
- We offer a range of grooming styles to suit your cat’s needs, including:
- Pheromone-Infused Environment
- To promote calm and relaxation, we use feline-friendly pheromones throughout our grooming space. These natural scents help reduce stress and make grooming a more pleasant experience for your cat.
- No need for immediate pick-up:
- We offer cat condos in a calm, separate environment for late pickups, ensuring your cat stays comfortable and stress-free.
Cancellation Policy:
A $35 no-show fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations made without at least 24 hours’ notice. Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking future appointments.
Grooming Adjustments:
If you’re unsatisfied with your pet’s haircut (e.g., uneven or choppy), please inform us within 24 hours. Minor touch-ups are available within 48 hours of the original grooming session; after that, additional charges may apply.
Vaccination Policies:
For the safety of all pets in our care, up-to-date vaccinations are required. We ask that you provide proof of the following:
Dogs: MANDATORY: Rabies, OPTIONAL: DHPP and Bordetella
Cats: MANDATORY: Rabies, OPTIONAL: FVRCP
Please note: We do accept rabies titre test instead of rabies vaccine certification. Learn more here
Puppies and kittens must be on schedule with their initial vaccine series.
We do not accept pets without any vaccination records.
Important Disclaimers:
- Shedding Breeds: We do not shave shedding or heavy-coated breeds. Please refer to our blog for more details. (Learn More)
- Matting: We attempt to de-mat your pet within a 30-minute timeframe if they tolerate the process. If not, a mandatory shave policy applies.
- Safety Measures: Your pet’s safety and our staff’s well-being are top priorities. In some cases, a muzzle may be necessary. For extreme situations, a handling fee may be added to the base grooming cost.
- Senior & Special Care Pets:
- Pets aged 10+ may have underlying health concerns and are more susceptible to stress.
- For pets aged 10-14, an Aged Pets Release form must be reviewed and signed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept new clients aged 15+ for grooming services due to the increased risks associated with senior pet care.
