What is required before my dog can attend daycare?
All dogs must pass a temperament assessment, be up-to-date on Rabies vaccines and be in good health. Bordetella is optional at our facility, but if recently vaccinated, a 14-day wait period is required before attending.
Do you accept unneutered or unspayed dogs?
Yes, but we do not accept females in heat or overly dominant/aggressive unneutered males.
What should I bring for daycare?
Just your dog with a properly fitted collar, harness, and non-retractable leash. Food/snacks if your dog needs feeding during the day.
How are dogs grouped for play?
Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and play style to ensure safe and enjoyable interactions.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
We will contact you immediately and, if needed, seek veterinary care. All medical expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
Grooming FAQs
How often should I groom my dog?
It depends on the breed and coat type. On average, every 4–8 weeks is recommended for most dogs to maintain coat health and hygiene.
Can I bring my own shampoo or grooming products?
Yes, we’re happy to use your preferred products as long as they are safe and pet friendly.
Do you groom matted dogs?
Light matting is fine, but heavily matted dogs may require a shave-down for their comfort and safety. Extra fees may apply. We recommend regular grooming to prevent matting.
How long does grooming take?
Most appointments take 2–4 hours depending on the dog’s size, coat, and service requested.
What’s included in a Full Groom?
Bath, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and styled haircut to your preference or breed standard.
Pet Sitting FAQs
What’s included in a pet sitting visit?
Pet care (feeding, playtime, walks, litter scooping), medication if needed, and home care tasks like mail collection or plant watering. Plus, you’ll get a post-visit update with photos.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes, we are CPPS-Certified Professional Pet Sitters, members of Pet Sitters International, and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Can I book pet sitting for just one visit?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling for single or recurring visits.
What types of pets do you sit for?
We care for dogs, cats, small animals, and fish. Let us know your pet’s needs, and we’ll tailor our care accordingly.
What if there’s an emergency?
We will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary. All emergency decisions will be made in your pet’s best interest.
