Vaccination Policies:
For the safety of all pets in our care, valid vaccination records are required. We ask that you provide proof of the following:
MANDATORY: Rabies, OPTIONAL: DHPP and Bordetella
Please note: We do accept rabies titre test instead of rabies vaccine certification. Learn more here
Appointment Cancellations
We require 24 hours’ notice for daycare cancellations. Latest drop off for daycare is 11:30. This is to ensure that dogs are integrated properly. (Exceptions can be made on case-to-case basis)
Play at Your Own Risk
IMPORTANT: Our team is highly trained in canine body language and behavior, and we actively supervise, and guide play to maintain a safe environment. However, as dogs are animals, unexpected incidents may still occur. During daycare activities, dogs will interact with a variety of breeds and temperaments.

The health and safety of all animals is our top priority. As with doggy daycares, unexpected acts of aggression may occur. If a dog engages in behavior considered unacceptable, it will be separated to a safe area until the owner arrives. The facility reserves the right to refuse service or permanently remove a dog from daycare, without explanation, to maintain a safe environment for all.
Daycare Behavior Policy
All dogs must pass a temperament assessment and show they are friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a group setting. Safety is our top priority. If a dog shows unacceptable behavior, we may separate them for safety and reserve the right to deny future services. Owners are liable for any injuries or damages caused by their pet.
Clean Store Policy
Please give your dog a quick potty break outside (1-minute walk) before entering the facility to help maintain cleanliness and reduce health risks.
Early Drop-Off / Late Pick-Up
- Early Drop-Off: $15 per 30 minutes (before store opens)
- Late Pick-Up: $15 per 30 minutes (after closing)
- Half-Day Daycare: 15-min grace period. Beyond that, full day rate or late fee applies.
Equipment Responsibility
Dogs may damage their own or others’ belongings. Owners assume all risk for equipment loss or damage during their pet’s stay.
Food & Treats
We do not offer food or treats of our own (except on Wednesdays)! You must bring your own lunch/treat and we will gladly feed your pups! We only feed items you provide or approve. All items should be clearly labeled at drop-off.
Spayed Or Neutered
Dogs do not need to be spayed/neutered to attend, but females in heat are not permitted. Intact males showing aggressive behavior may be refused. We may revoke daycare privileges at any time for safety reasons.
Females in heat can resume daycare 14 days after the last day of visible bleeding.
Required Gear
Bring your dog’s properly fitted collar, non-retractable leash, and harness. Prohibited: shock, prong, choke collars, and metal and retractable leashed. Missing gear? We offer rentals ($5/day) or gear for purchase. You can also leave your desired equipment with us at your pet’s private cubby.
Membership Requirements
To maintain daycare eligibility, your dog must visit at least once every 3 months (daycare or grooming). If more than 3 months have passed, a free reassessment is required. After 6 months of no visits, membership is lost, and re-admission is subject to availability and re-assessment.
Medical History, Health, and Wellness Status
Your pet’s health and medical background are very important to us. If your pet is experiencing any signs of illness (e.g., coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please do not bring them to our facility, to protect both your pet and others. For the safety and well-being of all animals in our care, it’s essential that owners disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or physical limitations. Please be aware that pets with contagious illnesses (e.g., viral or bacterial infections such as canine papillomavirus) or females in heat cannot attend until fully recovered or cleared by a veterinarian. In emergencies, we will seek vet care at your expense.
Bordetella Notice: Vaccination is not required. If recently vaccinated for Bordetella, please keep your dog home for 14 days to avoid any adverse effects.
Prepaid Packages
Daycare packages expire in 6 months from purchase and can be extended with an additional fee.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Extensions available for a fee.
Please note that daycare packages are valid only for dogs from the same household and cannot be shared with pets from different addresses.
